Eating is more than satisfying the appetite. Food contains emotions, memories, and culture. Therefore the dining hall is not just a place to gobble down food.
Because the hero of the story, "ingredients," appear in the dining hall, the culinary skills can be revealed, appetite is satiated, the people who eat together are happy, and memories are born. We created a late-night dining hall in alignment with agriculture education. It has no gimmicks or sumptuous delicacies; it focuses on the source of ingredients and the expression of culture. On any pleasant evening, this canteen takes the taste as the axis and accounts for all the five senses, and fully delivers our imagined dining atmosphere. Before the end of the night, everyone who dines here gained not only a delightful memory but also a beautiful friendship. That's what a late-night dining hall is all about.
